The acceptance team shall mainly be composed of the main users of the laboratory, the technical responsible personnel, the equipment management personnel, the file management personnel, etc., when the members of the acceptance team clearly grasp the requirements of their respective responsibilities, the acceptance can be carried out.
2. Condition preparation
Understand the performance principle, technical parameters, operating procedures, system composition, key components and other aspects of the instrument in advance. Ensure that the laboratory meets the working environment requirements of the instruments and equipment (temperature, humidity, spatial location), and implement the hardware supporting facilities (whether the power supply and water supply are normal, whether the thermometer is needed, whether there are other supporting facilities, etc.).
When all the supporting facilities of the laboratory hardware and software are in place according to the requirements, and the required standard samples, reagents, consumables, etc., are ready, you can make an appointment with the supplier or the after-sales technical personnel for on-site acceptance.
3. Site acceptance
After the arrival of the instrument, it is recommended to promptly install and accept the instrument. The responsible personnel should master the technical specifications, operation methods, and precautions for use and maintenance. If problems are found, they can be dealt with in time.
4. Registration process
After the acceptance of the instrument and equipment, according to the relevant management system, it is necessary to fill in the registration form, and all the relevant operation instructions, warranty, accessories, etc., are handed over to the special person for safekeeping.

3. Use management of laboratory instruments and equipment
1. Establish the general ledger of instruments and equipment.
2, measurement and testing equipment should be designated to manage, develop operating procedures, there should be use, spot inspection, verification, maintenance records.
3. File contents of valuable precision instruments and measurement and testing instruments:
(1) Instrument and equipment information: certificate, product sample, packing list, application and maintenance instructions, circuit diagram and other relevant information.
(2) Use management data: operating procedures and maintenance regulations, use and maintenance records.
4, equipment files, accounts should be kept by a special person, custodian changes to carefully handle the transfer procedures, shall not be lost.

The main contents of the instrument usage record are: startup date, shutdown date, working hours, operating status (including power failure, water interruption and abnormal working conditions), operation inspection, period verification, maintenance, work content, etc.
Fourth, laboratory equipment maintenance

Daily maintenance tasks:
(1) Make dustproof cover and keep the equipment clean;
(2) After the completion of the daily work, the easy contamination points of the equipment should be cleaned;
(3) Regularly clean the appearance and detachable parts of instruments and equipment;
(4) The moisture-proof part of the instrument and equipment should be placed with desiccant and replaced frequently.
Equipment maintenance tasks:
(1) Regularly check the instrument and equipment and carry out general maintenance according to the instructions. If necessary, contact the supplier or the manufacturer's after-sales engineer for regular maintenance.
(2) According to the requirements of the laboratory, prepare the purchase plan of maintenance spare parts and spare parts.
(3) Regularly check the safe use of instruments and equipment (including startup, shutdown, operation inspection and period verification).
